The foregoing restriction shall not be deemed to prohibit temporary parking for washing and polishing of vehicles. No carports are permissible. No commercial vehicles shall be left parked on any street or Lot longer than is necessary to perform the business function of such vehicle in the area. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Declarant, its agents and designees, may maintain trailers and commercial vehicles on the Property. These restrictions are intended to apply to that portion of the Property which may hereafter be dedicated as public streets or roads.
